Sales Incentive Planning (SIP) Analyst (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Incentive Planning (SIP) Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Ensure effective and timely preparation and validation of sales incentive plans, accruals and employee payments in allocated APAC countries_
- _ Responsibility for alignment of SIP plans to the global framework, progress through the annual planning cycle and management of mid year changes/exceptions, as applicable_
- _ Drive strong relationships with all stakeholders including; business leaders, SIP participants, global SIP team colleagues and SIP platform vendor contacts, as required_
- _ Support SIP Area Leader with compilation of reports, data and KPI tracking as required_

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Five (5) years of experience in Reporting, Analyst, Finance or Data Management related role
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong Excel / data base experience
- Ability to network, build relationships and communicate across different levels in the company
- Good project management skills, organized and reliable
- Good interpersonal / leadership skills
- Experience working with SAP/Vistex or similar ERP systems

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience working with Salesforce
- Continuous improvement approach, eg, six sigma skills
- VBA, PowerBi, Snowflake may be advantageous
