A full time, permanent opportunity has become available in our Bupa ADF Health Services contract within the National Workforce Team.

You might think you already know a lot about Bupa. You’ll know we provide health insurance and aged care services across Australia and you’ve probably also seen our dental and optical clinics in your local shopping centres. But what you might not realise is that we also deliver health services in support of key government contracts including delivering health services to Defence Force personnel and their families in Australia.

This is a
**remote or hybrid role **and can be based out of our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office locations when not working from home or remotely.

**How will I help?
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Administration of a shared workforce management inbox
- including allocation of tasks, follow ups and filing
- Assist with the generation of reporting for Bupa and ADF Health Centre management
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for the Senior On-Base Clinician workforce
- Set up Promaster accounts and manage expense claims for the Senior On-Base Clinician workforce
- Assist the Regional Partnership Coordinators with locum placements for leave and core vacancy backfill
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase effectiveness of key tasks
- Assist the Service Delivery Operations with other administration activities as required
- Provide backfill support across the Service Delivery Operations Team as required

**What do I need?**
- Minimum 2 years relevant administrative work experience
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline will be highly regarded
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed team
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of achieving deadlines in a high volume, pressured environment with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for deliverables and outcomes
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- including Excel & Word
- Strong learning agility and ability to manage ambiguity
- Continuous improvement mindset
- **This is a Security Cleared Position. The occupant must be an Australian Citizen and must be eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance.**
