**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Implementation Specialist to join our University services business. The Marketing Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in planning and delivering on specialist marketing projects, managing client relationships, and coordinating various stakeholders. This position requires a blend of client management, design, and project management skills.

**How you will make an impact**:
**1. Client and Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partner Universities, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating marketing initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner Universities, providing regular updates on campaign progress, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate with stakeholders, particularly in sales-related activities, to ensure alignment and maximize the success of marketing initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and content creation, to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns.

**2. Creative Design and Design Software Skills**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and other visual content.
- Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing assets.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to internal and external design resources, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality design materials.
- Project Management and Coordination:

- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables.

**What we look for**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role - experience in the education industry not essential but highly valued
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and marketing project management
- Experience using design software
- Excellent organization and time management skills
