- The purpose of the Customer Service Representative role is to:- Provide exceptional customer service in the management of customer and other stakeholder’s queries via multiple channels, primarily 1300# phone line
- Resolve a customer's question/problem, providing appropriate solutions for customers
- Manage and prioritise a range of back-office tasks related to the progression of valuation jobs through to completion- You will be required to use your professional customer engagement and excellence in customer service daily.- About you- This is a great role for you if you love working autonomously and from home. You will be a confident and solutions-orientated problem solver who prides themselves on providing an outstanding customer experience.- You will need:
- A high degree of accountability and the ability to make decisions effectively,
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads,
- A positive and professional manner together with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and
- A high degree of computer proficiency
