We are seeking a **Client Engagement and Support Officer** to join our team to assist in us delivering these objectives

As the a Client Engagement and Support Officer you will work closely with and support our PBC clients to manage their business. As well as working within a small multidisciplinary team to provide governance support and assist in the delivery of meetings for PBCs and some other clients.

We are looking for the right person with the right fit for this role. Any additional qualifications in science fields will be highly desirable. On the job training will be provided

**Details**:
Travel: This role requires regular travel to remote locations.

Status: This job is full-time position 37.5 (office) - 50 (field) hours per week

Location: WHF 2 : Office 3. Hybrid position working from our Mount Lawley office.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience working directly with Aboriginal people, particularly in remote communities.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clear information to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects/meetings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work effectively and communicate with numerous small teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Report writing experience.
- Experience in dealing with sensitive and challenging public enquiries by telephone and face to face.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with initiative.
- Current and unrestricted manual driver’s licence.

**DESIRABLE QUALIFICIATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Current Senior First Aid Training.
- Current 4WD Training.
- Qualification in a science based field or similar

**Before an offer of employment can be made, Vardir requires a National Police Clearance, no older than 6 months; evidence of an unrestricted manual driver’s license; and proof of qualifications and certifications.**

Pay: $50,212.00 - $72,038.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 - 50 per week
