**About the organization**:
Telwater is the home of well-known Australian boat building brands, Quintrex, Stacer, Savage and Yellowfin. Starting back in 1945 as the family-owned Quintrex business, Telwater has grown from strength to strength, recently becoming part of the global Powersports company BRP.

Based in the Gold Coast Marine Precinct at Coomera, Telwater is Australia’s largest boat builder, winning Australian Aluminum boat of the year over 10 times. With nearly 400 staff onsite at their purpose-built facility they are set to expand and grow the team to meet increasing demand.

This is a newly created role, reporting to the HR and Office Manager onsite with support from the Head of HR in Sydney. This isn’t your typical ‘sit at your desk’ role, and no two days will be the same as you work across, strategy, systems, proactive sourcing, end-to-end recruitment and branding.

**About the role**:

- Assist with all aspects of administration for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team
- Update spreadsheets and talent reporting documents as required
- Assist with preparation for Careers Expos, Open Days, Industry events etc
- Assist with updating TA documentation such as position descriptions and interview guides
- Assist with creating and maintaining talent pools for future labour requirements
- Update Employee Referral database
- Compile offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Identify process and operational improvements and assess the implementation of technologies
