SkyCity Adelaide is looking for an ICT Field Services Technician to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract to assist with upcoming project work.

**_ About the opportunity _**

As an ICT Field Services Technician, you'll be in constant motion whether you're on-site at the casino, troubleshooting restaurant systems, or upgrading point-of-sale devices. You might collaborate with corporate staff, project work at Eos by SkyCity, our 5-star luxury hotel or assisting with large conferences and events. Our ICT Head Office is based in New Zealand, so our Adelaide-based technicians enjoy a diverse range of hands-on tasks daily, making this role truly one-of-a-kind.

**_ About you _**

You will be enthusiastic, proactive, and approachable. You will display top notch customer service by always driving yourself to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible and you will enjoy comradery between your teammates. Flexibility to work a rotating roster across all days of the week is essential.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong technical skills across Windows 10, Active Directory, file and data management, Veeam backups, and Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange. Experience with Cisco networking and CLI, SCCM deployment tools, and Point of Sale technologies is highly desirable. A relevant qualification (e.g. CCNA or MCSE) and at least two years' experience in a Windows Server environment are preferred.
