We are seeking to recruit a Hotel Licensee / Venue Manager, who is a consistently solid manager, a great team player, who is respected by peers, with a drive to succeed in all aspects of the job, work to high standards, take pride in your work and responsibilities, have a strong leadership approach and want to progress your career with a rapidly growing and highly reputable Hotel group, then this is the job for you **Benefits and perks** - Flexible working roster - Career growth and development opportunities - Conveniently located in close proximity to Central railway station - Staff discount benefits **Skills and experience** - Bachelor or Diploma Level Qualification - Proficiency in both food and beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue with minimum four (4) years' experience, is essential. - Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities. - Maintaining a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. - Ensure smooth running of hotel operations at all times. - Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner. - Proactively manage all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment. - Be willing to take responsibility and accountability. - Ability to motivate, mentor and train staff. - Available for an immediate start. **Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: - Haymarket, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Venue Management: 4 years (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
