**What will your typical day look like?**

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. But don't worry, our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools & opportunities you need to develop customer-focused skills, enhance your knowledge of Australia’s telecom industry, and upskill in industry-standard software platforms.

**Timelines**:
Work from office - 8 AM - 6 PM - (Mon -Fri)
Availability required
- 7 AM - 11 PM

- A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet
- An Australian/ NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency or a Temporary Resident visa with at least 1-year full work validity and unrestricted working rights
