**ELIGIBILITY: This position is intended to increase representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people at VenuesWest. **About the Role**

As part of the People and Culture Team, the Diversity and Inclusion Officer is responsible for taking the lead on delivering outcomes from our Diversity and Inclusion Plan, including organising training and events, and providing advice on diversity employment. You’ll play an important part of the organisation as a member of a range of committees that drive workplace inclusion including the Reconciliation Working Group.

Whilst the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

**Employment Screening**
