As our new Receptionist, your role will be to coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements for our Sales team from a front of house reception position within our Mazda dealership in Burwood. Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face to visitors whilst providing high end quality administration support to our teams

**Your key duties and major activities will include**:

- Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all customers a warm welcome to the centre and assisting with all aspects.
- Completing front office and administration duties in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

**What you need to succeed in the role**:

- Strong customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to manage enquiries in a professional manner.
- Intermediate demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a busy environment with the demonstrated ability to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This a full-time position, 8:30am -5:00pm Monday - Friday
