**Business Relationship Sales Manager - Consumer Goods**

We're building a powerful - brand and a **driven sales professional** to help us take KRAPOF® into retail.

**About the Role**
This is an **autonomous, on-the-road field sales role**. You’ll be visiting independent retailers and national chains, introducing the KRAPOF® vacuum range, demonstrating its benefits, and securing placements in-store.

You’ll manage your own territory and be backed by full product training, demo tools, and a highly supportive leadership team. This is your chance to **build a retail sales channel from the ground up**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Open and establish new retail accounts across metro and regional areas
- Pitch and demonstrate products in-store to buyers and key decision-makers
- Build strong retailer relationships to drive repeat orders and sell-through
- Track sales activity and provide regular reporting
- Provide product training, assist with merchandising, and drive website traffic
- Share field insights to shape go-to-market strategies and product development
- Travel within your assigned region as needed

**About You**
- 3-5+ years’ solid experience in field sales, territory management, or B2B sales
- Background in consumer goods, appliances, electronics, or similar industries
- Proven experience selling into independent retailers / national chains
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, or similar_
