Well-established in the Australian cleaning industry, SKG Services is a leading provider of soft services across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will be responsible for preparing, producing, and analysing tender submissions, presentations, capability statements & expressions of interest to secure new work for our business.

Working alongside and supporting the Business Development Manager and team with marketing and digital content and projects. This fast-paced role requires a nimble mind, a thoughtful approach, and hands-on execution skills.

This position is working from the office located in Bondi Junction.

**Key responsibilities that will be fundamental to your role not limited to include**:

- Tender Writing
- Tender Submissions
- Booking of meetings for Site inspections
- PowerPoint Presentations
- Submissions of Expression of Interest
- Pre-qualifying for Vendor and client panels
- Pre-qualification Submissions
- Managing CRM databases and system
- Preparing quotes and quote submissions
- Manage tenders from start to finish

**Key Specific Tasks for the Above**:

- Writing content that is of a high standard in response to requests for tender requirements
- Creating and/or compiling relevant supporting documents in response to individual submissions
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop relevant responses to tenders
- Ensure relevant resources are available for submission preparation
- Manage timelines to deliver submissions within required timeframes
- Prepare submission for sign off
- Accurately proof and collate tender submissions
- Assist in the presentation of tenders where required

**Required Competencies**
- Excellent bid writing or copywriting skills and experience
- A high level of proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft products and well-versed with the reporting and other capabilities of our QMS
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and always meet deadlines
