**he Opportunity**
Reporting directly to the General manager, this role offers you the autonomy to manage a large project and make it your own, all whilst providing you the opportunity to carve out your career. In this role you will be coordinating all activities in relation to a large and exciting project including estimating, scheduling, coordinating resources, liaising with stakeholders and collating and maintaining data.

**Your typical day will include**:

- Establishing and improving current processes for managing project works
- Coordinating all aspects of the project works including estimating, scheduling, coordinating resources, collating and maintaining data and samples & preparing reports
- Collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding project works
- Providing support to internal teams to ensure adequate resources to effect the project
- Identifying and managing risks for the project
- Providing input into the strategy to manage the project

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will need the agility to work in ambiguous and changing environments and be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Additionally, you will have:

- Experience in projects
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong computer literacy and highly organised
- A keen eye for detail and analytical way of thinking
- A process-driven and methodical approach to your work
- Be customer-oriented and solution focussed
- A background in construction environments are advantageous
