Our client is a privately-owned industrial services provider whose reputation is catapulting within heavy industry. They deliver complex industrial solutions across mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure, are backed by operational depth and strategic intent, and have a highly ambitious, personable entrepreneur at the helm.  They're now searching for a senior business development lead to drive growth across Western Australia and in time, beyond.

This is not a transactional sales role. It's a strategic position designed for someone who understands how trust is built over time—someone who can engage medium to large sized clients and convert relationships into long-term revenue.

You'll be responsible for setting and executing a business development strategy aligned to future growth goals. That means identifying major project opportunities, shaping bids, and representing the company as a credible, knowledgeable partner in industry forums and client meetings alike. You'll work closely with estimating, project delivery and the executive team—ensuring capability and client expectations remain tightly aligned.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have most of the following:

  • Proven BD or client facing experience in industrial services, engineering, fabrication, or civil infrastructure
  • A commercial mindset and strong industry networks
  • Capability in shaping bids, tenders, and pursuit strategies
  • Confidence representing technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • The maturity to operate autonomously and contribute at senior levels
