NRMA Parks and Resorts are an industry leader in the dynamic Holiday Park sector, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing 55 properties in iconic tourism locations around Australia. **The Role**:
You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in Front Office Guest Services. You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services.

- Park Management system experience (Newbook and/or RMS preferred but not necessary)
- Available to work shifts over a 7 days rotating roster
