Our luxury cabin accommodation is seeking a confident person for a casual Front Office/Reception and Cabin Duties position.

In this hands-on role, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and an eye for detail.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Confidence to oversee the housekeeping team with a positive attitude
  • The ability to think quickly and solve problems promptly
  • Ability to effectively work independently and also as part of a team
  • Great multi-tasker and organised with great attention to detail
  • Competent computer skills
  • Must have own reliable vehicle to use during shifts

This casual position is 1 day per week, 9:30 am-5:00 pm and then every third weekend, Saturday & Sunday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm working in Front Office. There are also opportunities for further shifts assisting with the cleaning and preparation of cabins when required.

Front Office & Cabin Duties include:

  • Processing online bookings into Booking Manager
  • Emailing booking confirmations
  • Checkin & Checkout of guests
  • Ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay
  • Preparing Breakfast Hampers
  • Overseeing housekeeping staff
  • Hands-on cleaning when required
  • Monitoring and ordering cleaning products and linen
  • Reporting Maintenance
  • Purchasing & ordering cabin items as required
  • Ensuring Cabins are cleaned and presented at a high level ready for guests
