**HR Coordinator**

This is a client-focused business, with a large team of high performing individuals who strive for excellence in their service delivery, investing in their people and leading the way when it comes to industry specific technology and innovation.

Reporting to the General Manager of HR, this role plays a vital part of the Human Resources team providing support, analysis and assistance across the business, The core focus of this role will be managing HR data & systems and you will be the go to in relation to all HR administration, contracts and systems. It requires you to provide a high level of customer service to all leaders and employees as you are the first point of contact for this busy HR Team.

You'll be based at the Corporate Head Office in Perth, north of the river where parking and flexible working arrangements are available.

Key performance areas include Onboarding, Customer Service, Generalist HR Support and Data & Systems Administration.

**What you'll be doing;**
- HR generalist support and coordination
- Recruitment assistance and support
- Generating offers and preparing contracts
- On-boarding and off-boarding
- Employee lifecycle support
- Creating reports on HR metrics
- Managing the HRIS system
- Ad hoc assistance on HR programs and initiatives, as required.

**About YOU;**

To be successful in this HR Officer position you will have actively supported a high-volume, fast-paced Human Resources function. You will enjoy working in a collaborative, close-knit Human Resources team delivering high quality outcomes.

You will also have
- Over 5 years' experience in a similar support role
- Have a passion for HR support and a good understanding of operational human resources for a large organisation
- Excellent attention to detail and be systems savvy
- Drive and motivation to think strategically and take initiative when it comes to problem solving.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- A confident, proactive and solutions focused approach to completing work independently and as a productive team member.
