**CSO / Client Relationship Manager**

Our client is a well-respected Financial Services company that works within the HNW sector. They have a small but growing team and are looking for an experienced CSO / CSM who is looking to take a more active role with clients. Over time there will be the opportunity to progress to a Client Relationship Manager and work with a portfolio of clients as a point of contact for a range of Financial Services provided by the company.

The role will offer you the opportunity to combine your experience as a CSO / CSM and take a more active role working with clients. You will be helping internal teams liaise with client in regard to investments and financial services.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Working with and supporting business managers

Delivering a high level of investment administration

Being a point of contact for all client requests, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders

Helping with the on-boarding of new accounts, ensuring accuracy and validity of both documentation and data

Helping the team create quarterly and annual client statements which include transaction reports, portfolio valuation, income received and capital gains tax position.

**Knowledge and Experience**:
3+ year’s financial services experience

General investment knowledge across multiple asset classes

Proven problem solving skills and an analytical mindset

Ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment

Salaries are dependent on experience but will be in the range of $70k - $80k + Super

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
