QantasLink is Australia's largest regional airline operating a range of aircraft linking regional centres with major cities around Australia and overseas.

The QantasLink Technical Records team is an integral part of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). Reporting to the Manager Technical Records, as the Technical Records Clerk, you will be responsible for contributing to daily Technical Record tasks and outcomes, not limited to receipting of electronic (scanned) and paper-based aircraft maintenance records, and entry into the maintenance information system (TRAX) within required timeframes.

In addition, you will support the resolution of aircraft record discrepancies, inconsistencies and/or errors, problem solving, research and advice

You'll have
- Sound knowledge and/or previous experience of record keeping requirements, systems and processes is highly desirable- General knowledge of business operations within a complex organisation- Worked withing a team environment- Demonstrated ownership of tasks, with a 'can do' attitude- Proactive in seeking advice and guidance to support learning- Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them effectively- A high attention to detail and compliance with documented procedures- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and targets- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Demonstrated analytical skills with a methodical approach to work- Strong people engagement capability and a willingness to learn on the job- Higher School Certificate or equivalent- Knowledge or previous experience using TRAX is desirable
