**What we'll need from you:

- **
- Previous sales experience - worked on the phones before? Retail experience? We want people who are CONFIDENT in the sales process. Even if you have no sales experience, you've got to be able to sell us on WHY YOU?
- The ability to effectively work towards KPIs. Are you target driven and ambitious? Those types of competitive people tend to fit into our community well.
- A passion for the environment - people who really care about what we do is always a bonus.
- Leadership/Team Leadership experience ( this is preferred but not required).
- Have a growth mindset. Are you keen for progression and development opportunities? If yes, then tell us about that
- A confident and outgoing personality - we are a young, fun, team & want people who want to be a part of that
- Computer literate (operate CRMs, google suite etc.)

Pay: $30.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus
