The Workforce Development and Integrity Division plays a critical role in building our capable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce and by extension, supporting the delivery of safe, trusted services for the South Australian community. The division provides internal strategic and operational workforce services, whilst also contributing to the boarder public safety and integrity through the provision of screening services.
**Role** **Details**
The Recruitment and Onboarding Officer is a role within Organisational Development and Learning and is accountable to the Manager, Recruitment Services for:
- managing end-to-end recruitment processes to assist with the development and continuation of a dedicated and well-rounded workforce
- providing ongoing recruitment support to relevant business units including the onboarding of new staff.
**Special Conditions**
- National Police Check required.
**Role Status**: Term up to 26/12/2025
**Salary Range**: $76,561 - $80,256 (ASO4)
**Location**: Adelaide
