STAFFING ADMINISTRATOR

The Staffing Administrator is responsible for being our first point of contact for our pool of casual staff at Optus Stadium, and the daily administration and data entry for all Staffing operations. You will be responsible for looking after general administration tasks, and assisting our team in staffing a range of events that are offered at Optus Stadium. We have multiple **Casual **appointments on offer
- In your role, you will be required to:_
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist and direct staff with the most appropriate information.
- The answer, screen, and forward incoming Staffing phone calls.
- Liaise with the Head of Staffing, Workforce Planning Officers & Coordinators, and the wider casual staff pool regarding the implementation and ongoing operations of Stadium events.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for yourself and other staff.
- Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor with patrons and colleagues.
- To be successful, you will require:_
- Availability to work 4+ days a week.
- Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
- Competency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience using TimeTarget rostering software (desirable)
- 2-3 years experience in hospitality, customer-facing reception, customer service, retail, or sales-related positions.
- 1-year experience in an administrative role (desirable)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
