**STAFFING ADMINISTRATOR (SEASONAL CASUAL JAN-SEP)**

We are looking for a dedicated Seasonal Casual - Staffing Administrator to join our high-performing team. You will be the first point of contact for our pool of casual staff and handle daily administration and data entry for all Staffing Operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations for the diverse range of events at Optus Stadium.
- Responsibilities:_
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist and direct staff with accurate information.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming staffing phone calls.
- Liaise with the Head of Staffing, Workforce Planning Officers & Coordinators, and the casual staff pool regarding event operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Uphold a positive and friendly demeanor with patrons and colleagues.
- Requirements:_
- **Availability to work 3+ days a week, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings (event hours).**:

- Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable).
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with TimeTarget rostering software (desirable).
- 1 year of administrative experience.
- Strong organisational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
