**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Payroll Queries Officer** to join our team. This **entry-level role** is a great opportunity to build your payroll knowledge and gain hands-on experience in a busy and supportive environment.
As the first point of contact for payroll queries from employees across the business, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver accurate, timely, and friendly support. Using our query management tool, **Workday Help**, you’ll work closely with payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Monitor and manage incoming payroll queries through Workday Help.
- Assess and action queries promptly, escalating where needed.
- Respond clearly and professionally to employees’ payroll-related questions.
- Collaborate with the Payroll, HR and Finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep up to date with relevant payroll policies and regulations.
- Support broader team projects and improvements as needed.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Completion of high school or equivalent; studies in business, accounting or finance are a bonus.
- A basic understanding of payroll or a keen interest to learn more.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and organisation skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with care.
- A team player attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is a must.
