**The Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individual to join our team in Pakenham on a full-time basis. **The hours for this role will be from 10PM to 6AM, Monday to Friday.**

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, members, and staff.
- Performing reception duties with a focus on professionalism and pride in presentation.
- Assisting in stock take and handle various administrative tasks as needed.
- Driving membership and retail sales through effective cross-selling and proactive engagement.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of membership requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the gym.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues requiring attention.

- A passion for the health and fitness industry.

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
