Medical Receptionist

**Position Overview**

Working in a new medical clinic, working along-side a friendly reception team to assist GPs, nurses and specialists with their daily reception tasks. You can ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice and provide an exceptional standard of care to patients.

**Duties**:
Duties included but are not limited to:

- Open and close procedures (including general tidying)
- Greeting and welcoming patients face to face
- Great phone manner
- Taking payments from patients

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience preferred.
- Must have Australian working rights and already be living in Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor applicants.
- Must be able to work morning shifts starting 7:30am, or evening shifts closing 7:30pm.
- Flexible availability preferred to assist with covering sick / leave days.
- Weekend work may be required from time to time to cover shifts but is not required - we are flexible and can accomodate your schedule too.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- medical admin/reception: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (required)
