**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting into the Manager Australian Wholesale, you will be tasked to provide marketing services to the wholesale division of Minted Products. This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term opportunity.

**Your role as a Coordinator Wholesale Marketing will involve**:

- Prepare and distribute wholesale Product Information Sheets for monthly release of coins
- Organise all photography for new products
- Organise brochures, newsletters for minted products, and coordinate printing requirements
- Organise wholesale marketing material for licensed products
- Organise coin shows in Australia and overseas to showcase our products
- Organise product presentations for all coin shows and as required
- Organise purchase orders for wholesale marketing material
- Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work

**EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing role (ideally marketing agency experience)
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of confidence in communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Value working collaboratively
- Strong written communication ability
- Ability to strategically plan, with a high level of time management
