About the Role

Purpose of the role is to action Production of title requests received from solicitors/customer, conduct partial/swap assessment for security variation, investigate, process items/events with timeliness and accuracy, phone contact to customer/ stakeholders to keep them informed in accordance with current processes. Other duties include and providing support/guidance to the CSE and handle queries from ANZ customers & stakeholders.

What will your day look like?

**As a Productions Officer, you will**:
Ensure that all types of production processing ie consent to lease, transfers, deceased estates and plan of subdivision requests are completed within in a timely manner
Ability to accurately service queries regarding procedures and documents
Focus on raising the standard of the customer experience, process improvement and quality of work
Ensure data integrity in all core systems and documentation
Act as a central liaison point for Solicitors, Branch Managers and customers
Maintain Confidentiality/privacy as per policy and where required

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full-time role

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Previous Customer service experience desirable or any relevant back-end office experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop professional relationships with Solicitors, Branch managers and Frontline Team
Ability to co-ordinate the workflow through the prioritising of tasks and files
Quality focus
Ability to work coherently with team members in order to meet set deadlines and in line with set SLAs
