**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Summary of the role:
The Emergency Systems Coordinator works collaboratively with the Manager Emergency and Business Continuity to provide Emergency Management education and training across sites within Mercy Health.
- Part time position, 0.6 FTE (22.8 hrs per week) over 3 days per week.
- Salary quoted is for the full-time equivalent role
- This role will travel to different sites across the Mercy health network to provide education sessions. Reimbursement based on kilometres travelled is provided.
- Responsible for assisting with implementation of management systems across Mercy Health to ensure staff are able to respond to emergency situations; review documentation including manuals and evacuation maps; work closely with stakeholders to ensure completion of required training and emergency exercises
- Be part of a team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to the organisation

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Qualification in Emergency Management or associated discipline highly desirable
- Recent Emergency Management experience in health, aged care or home care setting desirable
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain) essential
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills
