**About the Role**:
Must be available to work Monday to Sunday shifts across two sites - **Glengarry Private Hospital and Attadale Private Hospital.**

In the role of Patient Administration Officer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused service across all Front Office functions, with a particular emphasis on administrative tasks related admissions.

**Your duties will encompass but are not restricted to**:

- Patient admissions
- Processing all booking requests from VMOs or patients and reviewing theatre lists as needed.
- Thoroughly checking all received paperwork and initiating follow-up actions as necessary, ensuring patients possess the appropriate level of health fund coverage.
- Proactively reaching out to patients to schedule appointments in a timely manner.
- Processing admissions accurately in the relevant system, such a Meditech.
- Ensuring the successful implementation and consistent adherence to standard policies, processes and documentation within the Revenue Cycle.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $32.83 - $36.59 plus casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances

Glengarry Private Hospital is located in Duncraig, 15km north of Perth CBD and has been a leading provider of specialist healthcare to the communities in Perth’s northern suburbs since 1977.

Attadale Private Hospital is located in the Southern Perth suburb of Attadale and just metres from the Swan River. The hospital has 39 beds and is a specialist rehabilitation hospital.

**Requirements**:
