**Your new company**

Exciting opportunity for an experienced clerical officer to join a state government located in Fremantle. We are looking for a good all-rounder with strong administration skills, to work full time hours, on an initial temporary basis. To start immediately.

**Your new role**
- Processing a backlog of documents
- Updating registers and databases
- Managing the front desk
- Creating supporting documents
- Auditing paperwork
- Cross-checking data
- General admin support such as typing, filing and photocopying

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Admin and customer service experience
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
