**About the Role**:
In the role of Clerical Officer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused service across all **Front Office functions**, with a particular emphasis on **administrative tasks related to Pre-admissions**.

Your duties will encompass but are not restricted to:

- Processing all **booking requests from VMOs or patients** and reviewing theatre lists as needed.
- Thoroughly checking all received paperwork and initiating follow-up actions as necessary, ensuring patients possess the appropriate level of **health fund coverage**.
- Proactively reaching out to patients to **schedule appointments in a timely manner**.
- Recording all **bookings accurately** in the relevant system, such a Meditech.
- Ensuring the successful implementation and consistent adherence to standard policies, processes and documentation within the **Revenue Cycle**.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate of $32.83 + casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
