**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Plan and schedule sauna installations, returns, and maintenance jobs in your city, keeping our shared schedule accurate and up to date.
- Complete and oversee the safe delivery, installation, disassembly, and maintenance of infrared saunas at customer locations.
- Take full responsibility for the condition and upkeep of your assigned vehicle, including regular cleaning, maintenance checks, and servicing.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, our internal operations team, and third-party logistics providers each day.
- Supervise, support, and train offsider technicians, ensuring they understand procedures and uphold our safety and service standards.
- Complete all required documentation for each job, including installation, return, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure every job site is set up and managed safely, following all relevant WHS procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site sauna issues, escalating to the Head Technician when required.
- Complete a thorough handover of the sauna to the customer, including demonstrating basic use and answering any questions.
- Manage stock in our warehouse, including unpacking deliveries and completing regular stocktakes.
- Lead the safe and efficient unloading of sea containers carrying flat-packed saunas, using appropriate equipment and manual handling techniques.
- Report any hazards, incidents, or near misses as per our WHS procedures.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times and lead by example in customer service, safety, and job performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred experience in delivery, installation, or similar fields, but most importantly eager to learn and show initiative.
- Basic mechanical aptitude; able to use tools and handle physical work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Location**: Our operation is currently operating out of Coburg North, VIC

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
