**Role Summary**: As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of grey water purification systems, specifically focusing on RO systems. Your expertise will contribute to the continued success of our systems in a variety of facilities and industries. This role requires a hands-on approach, technical proficiency, and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on grey water purification systems, with a strong emphasis on RO systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and address system issues promptly.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each assignment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on servicing experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
- Proven background in grey water purification treatment.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Commitment to health and safety protocols and full vaccination.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally as required.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
