**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Improvement Specialist We are seeking someone who aligns with our culture and is also connected to contributing to improved outcomes for our clients and stakeholders. This role is open to anyone located in any of the areas Housing Choices is active in.

We seek a motivated and curious quality professional with a drive to understand and improve service quality and compliance. To be successful you will need to demonstrate a background in quality management, with excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Qualifications in Quality Management / business improvement or equivalent experience will be highly regarded
Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and management of the theory and practice of quality management and accreditation processes.
Ability to support, lead and deliver quality and/or continuous improvement programs across a diverse national organisation
Broad and proven experience in service delivery review, development, and implementation
Proven experience in policy and procedure development.
Successful track record in managing projects.
Sound leadership and stakeholder relationship experience.
Proven experience and successful track record in a comparable role or discipline(s) in the public/community, private housing sector or transferable sector
