About the role:
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities? The Accounts Payable Team Leader is responsible for coordination and management of the daily activities of the Accounts Payable Team and will lead and contribute to ongoing improvement and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

- Lead the accounts payable and administration functions.
- Provide analytics and insights based on services undertaken ensuring that spend is appropriately managed and controlled.
- Contribute to the development of accounts payable and administration requirements into enterprise financial systems. Investigate, analyse, design, and test small changes to financial systems. Provide second-line support to users.
- Act as first-line supervisor of a team providing customer service support to internal and external customers/suppliers and play a key role in helping to achieve targets in areas such as productivity or turnaround times. Deal with most complex and valuable issues.
- Reporting, business requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, effective leadership.

About you:

- Growth Mindset, action oriented, instils trust, communicates effectively.
- Diploma level in relevant discipline.
- Experienced in Accounts Payable
- Experience in Accounts Payable at a Senior or Supervisory level desired.
