**The Position**

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Brisbane CBD and continue your career in accounts payable.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing high volume of invoices per day, and reconciling accounts payable account in the general ledger;
- Three-way matching of invoices and credit notes to purchase order and goods receipt;
- Managing exceptions report by investigating discrepancies and following up action to ensure a satisfactory resolution;
- Mentoring and coaching accounts payable team members;
- Providing guidance and support to the larger team to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience processing high volume of invoices daily with an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Passion to lead and develop to ensure ongoing professional development;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business suppliers;
- Proficient across a range of IT systems.
