Fantastic opportunity for a House Supervisor to join the team. Permanent role based in the Hunter Region.
**Role Title**: House Supervisor
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
**Location**: Newcastle & Hunter Region
**Contract**: Permanent

**Your new company**
Hays have partnered with a well-established disability and mental health provider. They provide home and living support to a variety of clients in the Newcastle and Hunter region. Our client is seeking a House Supervisor to join the team, you will be working with a friendly and supportive team.

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Responsible for overseeing three independent living homes.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with clients, careers and other service providers as required.
- Create and update roster database with support worker availability, client preferences, leave requests and other relevant information.
- Document management, data entry, reporting and filing including but not limited to compliance, incident follow up and documentation.
- Responsible for conducting internal recruitment.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Team Leader or Social Worker.
- Knowledge or experience with NDIS (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to multitask, manage completing deadlines and priorities tasks accordingly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an advanced proficiency with time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Current WWCC, NDIS check and police check.
