As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our establishment and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of the front of house team, while actively engaging with our customers to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train, supervise, and motivate front of house staff, ensuring they adhere to our high standards of service and professionalism
- Coordinate and schedule staff shifts to meet operational requirements
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of service
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and resolve any issues to their satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised dining area, bar, and entrance
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new strategies to enhance customer experience and sales
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for front of house team members and provide constructive feedback for their growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain knowledge of our menus and special promotions
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Any other duties assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Familiarity with reservation systems and point of sale (POS) software is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

**Salary**: $26.18 - $32.73 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
