**About the position**
Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking a full-time Bistro Floor Team Leader to join the catering team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our front of house and back of house operations in our food court. You will provide outstanding customer service across our Bistro, Grill and New Beijing food outlets as well as setting an example to our bistro and food court team. Duties will include:

- Assist with the supervision of staff on-shift in their day to day duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests
- Operating and balancing of tills
- Food and beverage preparation
- Assisting in back of house operations when required
- Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed

This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.

**About you**
You are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met. Previous experience in a team leader or supervisor role is essential with demonstrated abilities in leading teams. A background in a similar catering operation or the likes of fast food chains is desirable. Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a team environment and excellent interpersonal skills. Your excellent customer service skills and problem solving ability will have you thriving in this position.
