**About the opportunity**
We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Logistics Officer to become an integral part of our Logistics team. This role will be based at our Head Office located in Regents Park. Supporting logistics operations with a key focus on quarantine. Reporting to the Logistics Team Lead this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your logistics skills.
**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Liaise with 3PL (factories, freight forwarders, warehouses, etc.) for all import / export shipment arrangements.
- Preparation of import / export documents.
- Shipment notification and status reports to all warehouses & FCL customers.
- Liaise with 3PL for interstate transfers.
- System booking / posting of all inbound shipments.
- Coordinating and monitoring of all warehousing and transport activities.
- Preparation of regular logistics activities and inventory reports.
- Liaise with both internal & external parties in relation to logistics to provide updates.
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge within Inventory / supply chain.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills is a must.
- Import/Export & Customs experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent systems and excel skills.
