Our client, a leading 3PL company have relocated to a brand new facility in Kemps Creek and are looking for experienced **Team Leaders** to join their day shift team.

You will manage the freight flow to & from the warehouse and liase with transport providers & customers regularly.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Lead warehouse staff & ensure the team meet daily order requirements
- Work closely with the customer service team regarding shipments & customer requirements
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide logistics support with coordination of all inbound/outbound shipments
- Establish & maintain a healthy system to ensure all warehouse activities are carried out effectively
- Complete SOP documentation where necessary & drive safety practices
- Identify & implement areas to improve productivity & reduce costs
- Toolbox talks & reporting
- General administrative tasks

**About you;**
- 3+ years experience as a Team Leader in a similar environment
- Strong ability to lead a team & build good working relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience working with transport providers
- High level of computer literacy (MS office)
- An understanding of P&L and contract logistics
- Ability to commit to fulltime work - 8am-4pm
- Own transport **(public transport not accessible)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
