**About the role**

The Key Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to:

- Accounts experience
- Raising Purchase orders
- Processing payments
- Answer all telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner whilst maintaining a good relationship with regular clients
- Greet all customers with courtesy and respect
- Follow up with existing clients and check that their needs are being met
- Help deal with customer enquiries
- General administrative functions as required
- Other ad-hoc housekeeping and administration duties as required such as photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving.

- Loyal, trustworthy and a positive demeanour.
- Self-motivated, dynamic and confident.
- Punctual and extremely reliable.
- Able to work in a team environment effectively with an ability to learn, improve and take direction.
- Good typing skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- A high level of computer literacy
