Great opportunity for an office all-rounder to join a well-respected accounting firm

**Your new company**
Our client is a Public Practice Accounting firm based in the Bundall/Surfers area. They pride themselves on providing quality services to all their clients. A need has arisen for a Junior Office Administrator to jump into the role with a can-do attitude to assist their team of accountants and liaise directly with clients.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you providing excellent administration assistance to the Directors and team of Accountants.

Duties will include:

- General secretarial and administrative support;
- Incoming and outgoing mail;
- Reception as required;
- Liaising with clients, staff and external organisations including the ATO and ASIC;
- Maintaining client records including the maintenance of databases, document management systems and filing;
- Supporting other administration personnel and providing relief where necessary;
- Filing and scanning; and
- Various other ad-hoc duties as required by the Firm.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role you will have:

- Experience in administration/reception in professional services (Legal or Accounting firms)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills - essential
- Attention to detail & pride in appearance
- Can-do attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
