**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will focus on:

- Maintaining and developing existing local strategic partners
- Sourcing and implementing new partners that enable Peloton Australia to drive greater awareness, product trial or membership growth
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Commercial (B2B) sales division, with the support of sales staff who will handle inbound inquiries and process orders. You will have autonomy to design, implement and own new initiatives, and will report directly into the Director of Business Development.

**YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON**
- Ensure success of existing strategic partnerships and B2B sales
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of new initiatives, with support from

Project Management teams as required
- Maintain the functioning of our B2B sales function, including liaising with customers, our direct sales teams and member support to enable a high quality Commercial customer experience
- Define success criteria and measure ongoing performance (including in quarterly business reviews) of individual partnerships and our B2B sales function
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, product, etc.)
- Build long-term relationships with key individuals in partner organisations
- Present new initiatives to the local and international leadership team for decision
- Negotiate new strategic partnerships
- Work with the Director, Business Development to identify target partners
- Design and test new offer constructs for partners
- Lead negotiations with partners / potential partners
- Develop business cases for new partnerships
- Secure cross-functional resourcing required to deliver partnership offers
- Develop and maintain the B2B2C function
- Proactively contribute to Peloton's B2B2C strategy, including quarterly

forecasting and reporting, as well as annual budgeting and goal setting

**WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON**
- Experience in a top tier management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy role, with some experience managing small teams, OR
- Experience in account management or another customer-facing role
- Advanced capability in analysing and interpreting data and to provide recommendations (using Excel, Tableau, or other programs)
- Willingness to work cross-functionally and do whatever is required to create market
- leading customer experiences
- Highly motivated and resourceful individual that shows initiative
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to innovate
- Experience in a 'start up' environment with limited resources (preferred)
- Interest in fitness technology (preferred)
