**About the role**

To support our success, we are looking for a Marketing &Communications Specialist to join the Corporate & Employer Communications team in our **Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne** office.

As the Marketing and Communication Specialist you will be responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing transactional and marketing communication to meet Australian Retirement Trust's business needs. This is a fixed term opportunity that requires a strong understanding of business processes with an ability to analyse, inform and map out customer data, customer journeys and touchpoints. Throughout this role you will represent the Corporate and Employer Communications team through proactive engagement with the business and a variety of stakeholders, whilst improving customer experience and service delivery.

This role is available as an initial **12 month max-term/ secondment** opportunity.

This role is based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, with **flexibility** on location provided you can attend the office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Proven experience in a direct marketing or customer communications discipline.
- Degree in Marketing or Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience in developing and creating marketing campaigns across EDM, SMS, Push and Direct Mail or experience in delivering transactional communication across these channels.
- Ability to analyse customer data to inform insights.
- Experience in financial services wealth management.
- Experience in A/B or multi-variant testing and optimisation.
- Experience using marketing automation technology, Adobe suite or other graphic design software.
- Experience mapping out customer journeys and touchpoints.
