**About the role**

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the National Planning Team Leader is responsible for the leadership and coordination of the National Planning team. You are highly organised, have a passion for customer service and thrive in a busy team environment.

Focusing on quality service, you will be responsible for the administration of inbound and customer service requests and planned maintenance, successful resolution of customer enquiries relating to new or existing service requests, and planning, coordination and communication of service requests to a team of field technicians and approved service agents.

Other responsibilities include:

- Lead and engage all team members and key stakeholders.
- Provide timely reports and process feedback as required.
- Daily coordination of field technicians
- Ensure internal and external customers are kept up to date with scheduling details

**Skills & experience**
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Sales experience/account management preferred, but not required
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and ability to plan ahead and prioritise workload
- Prior experience with IFS and/or Pronto highly regarded
- Prior experience with area based team diary management highly regarded
