Endeavour Foundation Industries operations provides employment opportunities for people with a disability who want to achieve personal employment goals aligned to their NDIS plans. Endeavour Foundation’s Work Portfolio operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard, covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging (food, general, pharmaceuticals), Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers.

**About the role**

As an **Employment Coach /** **Production Team Leader **you will take a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing the need to meet commercial outcomes and quality assurance. Responsibilities will include:

- Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities
- Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met
- Overseeing product quality
- Engaging in the manufacturing process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipment

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A manufacturing/production or retail background,
- You must comfortable operating machinery and production equipment,,
- Experience supervising a small production team,
- Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial,
- You are a true people person who is passionate, patient, empathetic and resilient,
- Coaching and mentoring skills to help guide employees through their daily tasks and empower them to live their best lives,
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role,
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team,
- Forklift ticket desirable.

Please note, should you be successful, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to hold or undertake a a** Working** **with Children Check**, **NDIS Worker Screening Check **and a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check.**
