National Construction Manager - SA - Thebarton

As part of our growth we seek a** National Construction Manager**. This is a permanent, full-time role, based in Head Office, in Thebarton.

The National Construction Manager will support the delivery of projects to ensure they achieve the expected business outcomes and in compliance with the company’s business management systems.

The position is required to lead, support, and develop GO project and construction management staff to establish and promote best practice in project and construction management.

They will support pre-contracts teams during tender development to provide constructability advice and assist in the identification of risk and opportunities.

- Have 8+ years of experience in a Construction Management role.
- Be familiar with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards relating to construction management.
- Be organised, decisive, proactive, and determined in setting and achieving targets.
- Be able to build strong and collaborative relationships within the business, clients, and industry.
